The Wine Cellar at Al Coro

The wine list at Al Coro has a deep focus on Italian wine with a great representation of the classic regions, as well as exciting new producers.  The cellar also features a large selection of Champagne and familiar favorites from France.  In addition to the wine list, our Wine Director, Catherine Fanelli, has curated unique wine pairings to accompany the various tasting menu options in the dining room.

  • 'Vulcanica' | Volcanic Wines of Italy

    Friday, April 28th | 7:00pm

    At a communal table, we’ll explore the “volcanic wines” of Italy. The dinner will focus on wines from the volcanic soils of Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius, and Gattinara. Served alongside a 5 course pasta tasting menu, we're sure the evening will have you searching for these unique wines to sip on at home.
